Data Protection Act 2018

Queen of the Nail respect all client confidentiality, regardless of gender, age, race or religion, and will not share any personal client information with 3rd parties. This includes, Name, Address, Telephone number, and Treatments received. (To include colour/shade of polish you may have chosen during your Treatment).

 

We regularly update our records and will dispose of clients personal information when it is no longer necessary for us to store personal details. E.g., Client is no longer receiving treatments from Queen of the Nail. All clients personal information, will only be held whilst clients are receiving Treatments during this time period.

 

Policies

Please read carefully all of our policies below before booking your appointment. If you have any questions please contact us.

Cancellations & Fees

If you have booked an appointment, and you are unable to attend, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so we can offer the appointment to another client. 

 

We understand that circumstances can change on a daily basis, and we will do everything we can to book another appointment if we possibly can. 

 

Unfortunately if you miss a 2nd appointment you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee to cover our losses. as we have allocated you a time slot. If you miss a 3rd appointment Queen of the Nail will not be able to book any future appointments with you.

Amendments to treatments booked

If you have booked for a specific treatment, you will not be able to amend it during your treatment. If you wish to amend your treatment please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your treatment, and we will be happy to customise it for you.

 

Arriving late for your appointment

If you know you are going to be late for your appointment, (Home visit or otherwise), please contact us as soon as possible.  We will not carry out any treatments if you are more than 15 minutes late, and you will be charged 50% of the Treatment to cover our losses.

 

Please be aware that if you are running late, but arrive within the 15 minute allocated time frame, and have made us aware you will be late, it is possible that the treatment you have booked may not be able to be carried out fully as we run a very tight schedule.
